By using FlowProd, you agree to the terms described below. Please read them — we've tried to keep them clear rather than long.
1. Purpose
FlowProd is a mobile productivity app that suggests a limited number of prioritized tasks each day, based on your energy, schedule, and personal goals. It is published by Jamal Zalouki, an individual sole trader (natural person), based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78140), France.
2. Creating an account
You can create an account by email, or via Sign in with Apple / Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. One account per person.
3. Plans and subscription

Payment and renewal. The Pro subscription is billed through your App Store account at the frequency you choose (weekly, monthly, or annual). Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Prices shown in the app are those provided by the App Store and may vary depending on your billing country. FlowProd does not process or store any payment card data — payment is handled entirely by Apple.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use FlowProd for its intended purpose: personal management of your daily tasks. You may not:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Disrupt the technical operation of the app or its related services
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
5. What FlowProd is not
FlowProd is a personal organization tool. It does not provide any medical, psychological, or professional advice, even when the tasks you create relate to your health or well-being. AI-generated explanations (see Privacy Policy) are contextual aids, not expert recommendations. If you need support, please consult a qualified professional.
6. Content you create
You remain the owner of the tasks, notes, and content you create in FlowProd. We use it solely to run the app (computing proposals, summaries, statistics) and never for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability
We do our best to keep FlowProd available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur, with minimal impact where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
FlowProd is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect consequences related to the use or inability to use the app, including data loss resulting from improper use.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. You will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
