This policy explains what data FlowProd collects, why, and how you can control it. We've tried to make it as precise and readable as possible — if anything is unclear, write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.
1. Who is responsible for your data
FlowProd is published by Jamal Zalouki, an individual sole trader (natural person), based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78140), France, referred to below as "we" or "FlowProd". Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We only collect what is necessary to run the app and improve it. We never sell your data to third parties.

What we don't collect: health data, precise location, contacts, the content of your photos or personal messages outside of FlowProd.
3. Artificial intelligence
To generate short explanations accompanying certain task suggestions ("Why this task now"), the title of the relevant task and score indicators (urgency, balance, priority) are sent to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service. No other personal data (email, identity) is transmitted in this call. If this service is unavailable, a generic explanation is shown instead, with no external call made.
4. Who we share your data with
We use the following providers, each acting as a data processor under GDPR, only to the extent necessary for the service they provide:
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (United States). The corresponding data transfers rely on the safeguards provided for under applicable regulations (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
5. How long we keep your data
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is erased or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless a longer retention period is legally required (e.g. billing records).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Access — know what data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate information
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and data
- Objection & restriction — object to certain processing
- Portability — get your data in a usable format

7. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Access to your account is protected by standard authentication mechanisms (password, or sign-in via Apple/Google).
8. Advertising tracking
FlowProd shows no advertising and does not sell any data for advertising purposes. iOS may ask for your tracking consent (App Tracking Transparency) in line with Apple's rules; you can decline it with no impact on the app's functionality.
9. Minors
FlowProd is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about minors of this age.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any material change will be flagged to you in the app before it takes effect.
